Who Can Return a Product?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The jacket is unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • All tags, extras, and accessories are included

  • The item is not customized or made-to-measure

We accept exchanges for size issues or defects within 30 days. Here’s how it works:

  • If you selected an incorrect size that aligns with our sizing chart, a small exchange fee may be charged

  • If the mistake was on our side, we’ll exchange your item at no additional cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product is incorrect or defective

📦 Returning an Item – Step-by-Step

    Email sales@jacketflick.com within 30 days. Be sure to include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed).

    We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with the necessary information and return address.

  3. Send It Back
    Use a trackable courier service, and pack your item securely to prevent any damage in transit.

  4. Refund Timeline
    Once your item arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 3 business days.


Non-Returnable Products

Some products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jackets

  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without tags

  • Any product returned after 30 days
