At JacketFlick.com, we prioritize a smooth and reliable shopping journey from the time you confirm your order until your new leather jacket reaches your home. Each jacket is made with care, and we put strong emphasis on secure packaging and timely delivery. Please review the following details before completing your purchase.


Order Production & Handling Times

Most of our jackets are made to order and go through a short production phase:

  • Standard Fit Jackets: Typically take 2 to 5 business days to manufacture

  • Custom Fit Jackets: May take 3 to 7 business days to produce

Additionally, allow 1–2 business days for order handling. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM (local time) will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship to most international locations, including the United States, Canada, the UK, and more.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Military APO/FPO addresses

  • P.O. Boxes


Tracking & Order Updates

Once your jacket is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link and number so you can monitor your shipment anytime.

To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we work with reputable shipping partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.


Please Keep in Mind

  • Check your details: Double-check that your shipping address and contact info are accurate when placing your order to avoid any delivery issues.

  • No address changes after shipping: We cannot modify your delivery address once the order is dispatched.

  • Missed deliveries: Multiple failed attempts by the courier could result in the package being returned or disposed of.

  • Not liable for delays due to address errors or absence at delivery time.
