All payments are processed in USD through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant providers like Stripe and PayPal. Offline payment methods are not supported.

  • After 3 days: Cancellation is no longer available

6. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • All tags are intact

  • The product is not custom-made

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing or item issues:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days

  • Customer sizing errors may incur a small exchange fee

  • Errors on our part are corrected free of charge

  • Return shipping is covered only if the item is faulty

8. Color Variation Policy

Minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. If the item differs significantly from what was shown, send photos within 3 days and we’ll review your case.

9. Shipping Fees & Import Charges

  • Free shipping is included with all initial orders

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless there’s an error
